What brings women here

It isn't in your head. It's in your bloodwork.

Most women arrive having already been told everything looks fine. Inside the reference range isn't the same as feeling like yourself, and the pattern across these is exactly what a full panel is for.

Exhausted by early afternoon

Eight hours of sleep, and still running on empty before the day is half done.

Weight that arrived uninvited

Nothing about your eating or training changed. Your body composition did anyway.

Cycles that stopped making sense

Irregular, heavier, lighter, or gone entirely, with no one explaining why.

Sleep that broke

Waking at 3am for no reason, or going to bed tired and waking up tireder.

Brain fog and a shorter fuse

Words that won't come, patience that runs out, a mood you don't recognize.

Libido and comfort changed

Not gone. Just different enough that you noticed, and it isn't only about sex.

Here's how we can help

Four things we hear most often.

Katrina's before and after transformation

Peak athletic performance

“It's been 5 weeks since I started everything and I'm feeling great! I'm down 14 lbs and 3% body fat. Even my husband can see a difference!”

Hormone imbalance treatment

Hormone Imbalances

The symptoms you've been told are normal.

Imbalances of your hormones can lead to a wide range of debilitating symptoms, including:

  • Fatigue
  • Weight gain
  • Muscle loss
  • Brain fog
  • Joint aches
  • Decreased libido
  • Insomnia

Through comprehensive biomarker testing, you can find the root cause of your imbalances to alleviate these symptoms.

Menopause

It approaches slowly. That doesn't make it easy.

As you go through menopause, your body adjusts to lower levels of key hormones including estrogen and progesterone, which can lead to exhausting symptoms:

  • Hot flashes
  • Mood swings
  • Weight gain
  • Joint aches
  • Depression

PMS & Menstrual Cycle Irregularities

When estrogen and progesterone stop cooperating.

Hormonal imbalance can disrupt the delicate interplay between estrogen and progesterone, affecting the menstrual cycle's regularity. Fluctuations in these hormones can lead to variations in the timing, duration, and intensity of your periods, resulting in irregularities such as missed periods, heavy bleeding, or unusually short cycles.

Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS)

A condition affecting millions, often missed.

PCOS is a hormonal condition typically affecting women and girls of reproductive age. It's characterized by three main points:

  1. Irregular periods due to ovaries not releasing eggs
  2. Excess androgens, leading to unwanted body and facial hair
  3. Polycystic ovaries

Common questions

What do I need to know about women's hormone health at Nuform?

How do I know if I have a hormone imbalance?

Symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, weight gain, low libido, and mood changes are common signs. Comprehensive biomarker testing is the only reliable way to confirm an imbalance and identify its root cause, rather than guessing from symptoms alone.

Is bioidentical hormone therapy safe?

When prescribed and monitored by a licensed clinician based on your own labs, bioidentical hormone therapy is a well-studied option for many women. Your provider will review your full health history before recommending any treatment.

Do I need to be in menopause to get help?

No. Nuform treats hormone imbalances, PMS, PCOS, and perimenopause symptoms as well, not just menopause itself. Your protocol is built around your own labs and goals at whatever stage you're at.

How is this different from what my OB-GYN offers?

Many primary care visits don't have time for a deep dive into hormone panels. Nuform's model is built around comprehensive testing, a dedicated provider and specialist, and ongoing check-ins every four weeks, not a single annual visit.

Will my insurance cover this?

Nuform doesn't bill insurance directly, but HSA and FSA funds are accepted. There are no subscriptions or membership fees. You pay for your treatment plan.

How fast does it ship?

Once your provider approves your plan, medication typically ships within 2 to 10 days, directly to your door.
