Do I need bloodwork to get started?
For most treatments, yes. During onboarding you're scheduled for lab work at a location near you. Your provider reviews the results before building your plan, so nothing is prescribed without a clear picture of your baseline.
Will I talk to the same person every time?
Yes. You're assigned a dedicated provider and a dedicated specialist for as long as you're a patient, and you reach them directly rather than through a support queue.
Where do the medications come from?
All medications are physician prescribed and dispensed from licensed, U.S.-based 503A compounding pharmacies. Every batch is third-party tested for potency and purity.
Is there a subscription or membership fee?
No. Each plan is a defined length paid up front, with nothing recurring on your card. There is no membership fee on top of your treatment.
How long does shipping take?
Once your provider approves your plan, your treatment typically arrives within 2 to 10 days in discreet packaging. Shipping is charged separately.
Do you take insurance?
Nuform doesn't bill insurance directly, but HSA and FSA funds are accepted. Prices shown exclude lab and consultation fees where applicable.
