What do I need to know about Nuform?
Does Nuform treat both men and women?
Yes. Care spans men's and women's hormone health, weight loss, peptide and recovery therapy, and diagnostic labs, all built around your own bloodwork.
Do I need bloodwork to get started?
Yes, for most treatments. You're scheduled for lab work near you, and your provider reviews the results before building your plan.
Will I talk to the same person every time?
Yes. You're assigned a dedicated provider and specialist for as long as you're a patient, reachable directly by phone or text.
What does Nuform actually cost?
Pricing starts at $288 for a 3-month Formula T (enclomiphene) kit, or $295 for a 5-month TRT plan. HSA/FSA funds are accepted and there are no subscriptions or membership fees. Visit the treatment page that fits your goals for full pricing details.
How fast does it ship?
Once your provider approves your plan, medication typically ships within 2 to 10 days, directly to your door.
What is Nuform's cancellation/refund policy?
There's nothing recurring to cancel — each plan is a defined length and never renews automatically. However, once medication has been ordered, it is non-refundable. See our refund policy for full details.
