- Contains two isomers: roughly 62% enclomiphene and 38% zuclomiphene.
- The zuclomiphene component is an estrogen receptor agonist and has been linked to estrogenic side effects.
Enclomiphene
- Single-isomer formula: 100% enclomiphene, no zuclomiphene.
- Works as an estrogen receptor antagonist, blocking estrogen activity in the brain.
